I don't doubt the reviews below but I have to say my experience was excellent. I went up with a friend in the fall who was droping off a SeaDoo for winter storage (he didn't buy it there). I asked to look at skis. Bill told me pricing would be better at the boat show in the spring. Found him at the boat show, told him what I wanted out of the ski. Thought I would end up with a SeaDoo but he steered me to the Yamaha and I could not be happier. They also had the best prices I could find. I have not interacted with service other than to buy accessories so maybe I am in for a rude awakening but so far, they have been great.

Update: Well, its been three years now and I have nothing but praise for the service department. Every year they prep my ski for the winter, have it ready to go in the spring and it runs perfectly every time. I only wish I had room in my garage for more toys! If I did, I would buy them here.
