Purchased a new 4 series through sales rep named Tiker and Katelynn then assisted us with becoming familiar with our car inside and out for 90min. They were very patient throughout the whole process. They worked on our behalf to get exactly what we were looking for and they helped us feel comfortable In everything the vehicle had to offer. Even though we already owned a BMW through Budd's they took their knowledge to the next level with what the newer vehicle had and the differences. They worked tirelessly each day to make the purchase seamless. We were impressed when they even offered to come in several times when they weren't necessarily scheduled for work and even came in after being on a BMW course all day.
