We contacted Hennessy Honda online. We knew what we wanted and we knew our budget before we began working with Stacey Finelli, via email. After the initial email exchange, we made an offer on the vehicle and continued the negotiation over the course of a few days. Admittedly, we expected to come to an agreement on our terms, based on our limited knowledge. Unfortunately, we were not completely in line with the fair market cost and had to either concede to the best offer given by the dealer or walk away. After further discussion, we realized that our offer was too low and the dealer's best offer was fair. We say all of this because it should be known that the dealer is fair. For a couple of people who do not have a lot of experience in purchasing vehicles, especially new vehicles, we never felt intimidated and we learned a lot about purchasing a vehicle. Once the negotiation ended, we went to the dealership and worked directly with Conrad Keddie (sales) and Billy Shape (financing) to finish the deal. Both were excellent and a pleasure to work with. Also, these two guys are very knowledgeable. Conrad was able to answer nearly every question we had and found the answer for the one or two questions that he did not know right away. Billy made the financing side of the transaction extremely simple. We really cannot say enough good things about Stacy, Conrad, and Billy. They helped make what could have been a very stressful situation, a very good experience. If you are in the market for purchasing a vehicle, we highly recommend that you give the team at Hennessy Honda a chance to earn your business.
