Lazy Boy is not what it used to be. I purchased a Harbor recliner. Third one. All others were beautiful.
The fabric on this one sags all over.. the seat has a 3 inch fold hanging.. The corporate office informed me that this is the way it is designed. The one in the store sure doesn't. My other 3 looked better after 10 years of use. After being a Lazy Boy customer for 30 years, I will never buy another and will tell all family and friends of this quality a MN d no customer service.
