Terrible customer service, I've been ON HOLD FOR M...

Terrible customer service, I've been ON HOLD FOR MORE THAN AN HOUR and that's not the first time. Last week, I spent over 2 hours holding when I accidentally hung up. I'm trying to call them to ask a basic question that I can not find the answer to on their website.
