Shelly was extremely helpful and considerate! I was nervous about using a storage unit for a first-time move and was about to get a 2nd unit because I'd gotten too small of a unit on the first trip - she stopped me and moved me to one bigger cheaper unit rather than overpaying for 2 units. Overall it was a very pleasant experience, I'll definitely use them again if I move elsewhere in the Richmond area!
