I had a very pleasant experience with your dealership. It was a bit of a bumpy road during the negotiation process -- but when is it not when negotiating to buy a car? We ultimately wound up with the car we wanted for a price we were comfortable with. I had shopped at other Chevy dealers in the area and I won't go back. Hawthorne Chevy was by far a better dealer than the others. Gary Monnecka was our salesman and he was professional, responsive, honest, and knowledgeable. I would come back to Hawthorne Chevy for future cars and I will, and already have, recommended the dealership to others.
