We tried out this dealership for the first time after having problems with another Chevy dealership. We were very impressed. Jake was excellent to work with, we are not easy clients to deal with as we are car people. Jake understood our idiosyncrasies exactly and complied with every quirky request. He put us at ease, and is the reason the rest of our Chevy fleet will now be coming to Lupient with Jake as our service advisor.
