GO TO CAPITAL GRILLE OR RUTH CHRIS INSTEAD... I placed a pick-up order April 12, 2017 for lunch and was pleased with the quality of my food, however the burger that i ordered "House of Blue" was not accompanied with bacon although its description on the menu states that is a topping. I called back to resolve the matter and the hostess advised me that bacon indeed was supposed on my burger and the kitchen believes they put bacon on my burger and to check if it fell off, i informed her that i have looked under the bun, lettuce, cheese and onions and there is no bacon. She proceeded to say the kitchen put bacon on my burger but if i wanted to drive back for the bacon i could. I just got back to work so of course i wasn't going to drive back to pick up bacon. I asked to speak with the manager whom resolved my issue but insisted that the kitchen put bacon on my burger. The customer service i was looking for was for them to apologize they did not put bacon on my burger and rectify the problem. He did compensate me for not having bacon but was basically calling me a liar because his Kitchen didn't put bacon on my burger.
