Very unsatisfied with the service. Breakfast was not ready at the agreed time, bill had to be paid immediately although otherwise agreed by telephone and while I had clearly indicated that I wanted a room on the ground floor due to my client's handicap, this was unknown at the reception upon arrival.

I have had telephone contact with the owner about this. She promised to call me back. She did not do this.
