HORRIBLE PLACE!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!! They installed our front railing, and third floor loft railing incorrectly (our third actually being unsafe). It has been two months of us dealing with this extremely unprofessional company. For approximately 3 weeks they wouldn't return our phone calls. We have set up at least 6 appointments for them to come fix the stairs (that they said we had to pay extra for), nobody every shows up. Today they were suppose to come between 9-11, both my husband and I were home. He took the day off work so he was clearing out the garage and I was inside with the baby, and they have the audacity to tell us that no one was home. Oh! And we've had contractors here all day! We just need the railings fixed for what we paid for! They are unconcerned that this has been going on for 2 months! Don't apologize ever! Save yourself the headache!
