Called to request a cancelation for a rented waterside due to my cousin having a c-section earlier than we expected due to a medical emergency and the lady I spoke to blatantly told me that she didn't care about the medical emergency thats causing to move it up. She said their sales have been down 75% due to covid19 and that we wanted to rent something we shouldn't have reserved it if we didn't plan on going through with it.
