I took my car into So.Bay Mercedes-Benz, the panoramic sunroof was not properly closing and they fixed it. They gave me a really nice loaner car, they made customer satisfaction calls when there was a delay and advised me that there was nothing I needed to do, they would take care of everything and make sure that I was happy .
