My experience started off with Middletown Ford turning a terrible start to my day into a better one. I tried to get into a dealership in Springdale and was just blown off because they were too booked up to even try to look at my car. I called Middletown Ford Service in hopes they could get me in because my 2011 Explorer was in immediate need of attention. Jerry Weghorst was very polite on the phone and told me he would try his best to look at it that day, GREAT!! Dropped it off and went about my day. I was dropped off later that evening to get the good or bad news. The service techs were not able to get to our Explorer that day but Jerry made sure I was in a rental car even though it was 10 minutes past his shift! Ford Service was able to fix our issue and now my wife can drive her Explorer again without fear of the issue happening again. Thank you Middletown Ford Service and Jerry Weghorst for taking the sour taste away that I was having for Ford Service at the start of my day.
