We've been customers of Shavitz for a year now, but recently our air conditioner died during a heat wave. On a Sunday, they sent over a technician to check on the issue, but unfortunately it was time for a replacement. They identified the issues with our system quickly and worked to give us a fair proposal. Over two days, several of their workers fixed our furnace, duct work and installed a new air conditioning unit over some of the hottest days we've had in a long time! They were very polite and courteous while in my home, and then took the time to explain everything they did before they left. Our house has never been so cool in the summertime!
