HR is very unprofessional. They email me asking to...

HR is very unprofessional. They email me asking to setup a phone interview and when I replied back to setup a time. No one replied back to me. I called to speak with the guy that emailed me and left a voicemail.
It has been a month and still no reply.
Be cautious!
