Love the building, so beautiful and historic!!!
Service is not good. No room service even after we specifically asked the maid to service our room. She said yes, absolutely but never did it.
The next morning I had to chase the maid for coffee and clean towels. Unacceptable!
88 restaurant is a joke!! Slow service and overpriced tasteless food. I ordered a full size Caesar salad it came out smaller than a side salad. My boyfriend ordered pork shoulder and it was tasteless and burnt.
The only phenomenal thing about this whole experience is the Spa and the beautiful building itself!!!
Come on The Elms, put it together!
