Here it is Dec. 1 and this "landscaping company" has not finished replacing sprinkler lines. the neighborhood looks like Bushwood Country Club in Caddy Shack. piles of dirt, perpetual mistakes, cut electrical lines, day after day of language barriers that produce nothing. I'm not worried anyone from the company will read this, the foreman is really, really dumb and his employees can't read english. It all looks so terrible I can't decide what to take pictures of.
