Very disappointing, both in terms of hospitality and comfort. Unfriendly staff, poor cleanliness of bedding, care products (shampoo and body lotion) already used. Power failure and therefore impossible to use the devices in the room (fully automated), shower in the dark, elevator out of order with the suitcases and no one to inform or help us (I was hung up on the phone when I asked for more explanation).
