Very disappointed with J.B. Alberto's after my most recent order. We ordered from work (an Emergency room) and didnt receive the order after 2 hours. I called to inquire the status of the order and was told the driver couldnt find anyone sitting at the desk.... impossible. At ALL times there are 2 secretaries and 1 public safety officer at a minumum who accept deliveries for us and were aware of the order... they never saw anyone trying to make a delivery. 3.5 hours later, I receive my pizza without any sort of a discount. Ridiculous! The manager on the phone was rude and accused me of lying about the front desk always being staffed
