Stayed 3 nights for a medical conference as both me and my wife are physicians and were attending. Check out day we moved our luggage at 11:30am in to our van in their parking lot and officially checked out. Our conference was in the same hotel so we went back to the meeting room until 3pm. Our 12 and 5 year old kids were out in the lobby waiting for us. Then the little one wanted to use the toilet so they went back to the room as it was still open and dirty. They charged us a late check out fee of 60$ !! The arrogant manager wouldn't listen, even though we demanded to review their CCTV footage to confirm that we had no luggage in the room. What a way to loose future business!!

We finally called the ever reliable Marriott customer service to fix this dispute (thanks!).
