Our family of 4 had to stay at The Residence Inn in Holtsville NY for a little over six weeks. What an absolute wonderful property. In six weeks we never once came across a staff member that wasnt friendly and professional. Everyone looks you in the eye and says "hello, how are you", or some other lovely greeting. Just so impressed with the level of genuine service. Best hotel experience ever and they help to make a bad situation of staying in a hotel for six weeks enjoyable.
