If you are applying for housing at this location. Make sure you read the contract thoroughly. They ask for a 590 dollar down payment and give you 48 hours to decide whether or not you want to live there. What they do not tell you is that within that 48 hours, you need to CANCEL THE APPLICATION or else they keep your deposit. During our visit, we were under the impression that if we decided against living there and did not finish the documentation, that our deposit would be returned. That is not the case. Make sure you call and email within that forty eight hour period to tell them you want it cancelled so that they don't end up keeping your money too.
