Very disappointed by La Redoute! I ordered a sofa on August 25, 2018 which was to be delivered on October 18th. I'm still waiting for it! I call the customer service in early November that tells me that the sofa is made to order. Ok, that I understand it but why I'm still not delivered November 9? There, you are told that the carrier will contact me soon and such Belle Helene, I waited, waited and nothing ... I remember the customer service and I have no concrete information delivery. I am told that I am not alone in this case. That there are 2000 orders pending billing! But what is this bazaar? La Redoute take us hostage! It's shameful not to be even reminded by a manager!
