If you haven't heard of the Golden Gate Bridge, I honestly don't know what to tell you. It's a beautiful landmark to see. You should definitely try to visit the few vista points around the bridge to get different angles and views. Also, check the weather as during the summer the hot air from inland and the cold breeze from the ocean create a lot of fog which can hide a major part of the bridge. Also, it does get extremely windy near the bridge as it's literally next to the ocean so dress accordingly. Other than that, have fun and enjoy one of the bay area's most iconic landmarks.
