What a pathetic organization! The care for custome...

What a pathetic organization! The care for customers is zero and they are talking as if they are doing a favor for you. Everytime I talk they mention another reason to not cover the damage. And everytime I confront them, they change their mind and ask me to fill their form. Moreover, it is funny to see them keep replying in Dutch even though I mentioned (in Dutch and English) that i may not be able to explain myself properly in Dutch so I'd appreciate if we keep it in English. Unfortunately, another money trap, you pay for a good service and you receive nothing in return.
