To be fair, they came back and fixed the situation. Although it took around 2 weeks, they managed to come back and clean the house properly in a day. I was very happy with their cleaning service. I guess their appointment system had the problem.

A WEEK BEFORE:

Only because 0 stars is not possible.

I was requested to delay my 12th of April appointment to the 19th because they claimed they had an issue with their system. I was patient and agreed.

They show up on the 12th, just cleaned 1 out of 4 floors, then told me they cannot finish in 1 day. Assuming they will come back the next day to finish, the supervisor said I need to call customer device again for a new appointment. They booked it by email for the 26th. I emailed them rejecting this date, and they called me back and managed to get something for the 23rd ! Already upset but had no other choice, I accepted.

The worse part is they did not show up, they did not even bother to call me to inform me that they bumped me off their schedule. I even called 3 hours before the appointment on the 23rd and confirmed it.
The same customer service agent that confirmed it just casual told me it's cancelled.

They have too much work. They're a mess. They don't care about customers. They were not like this last year. They have a huge problem and mine is not solved yet. No apologies and no solutions.
