Absolutely amazing. Went twice and wish the same type of quality food existed in Hamilton. Definitely going to be coming back just to come here again. Everything is well worth it and price is fully justified, personally suggest skipping over restaurants such as the keg for this one!
Truly one of the best steaks I have ever had! We ate outside on the patio and the atmosphere was beautiful. We had our dog with us and the staff were so nice- they even brought him water! Really amazing service and delicious food. I asked them to make a drink that wasn t on the menu and it was amazing. Five star experience!
Best fine dining in the city. I have been there multiple times and will continue to go whenever I can.
We had desert; the service was perfect! And the chocolate cake was something else, with a very good price/quality ratio. Highly recommended!
Simply the best! Nice ambiance and great customer service, by far Eighteen restaurant is on top of the list for best restaurants in Ottawa. Mark the GM is a true gentleman, he made us feel right at home! The owners are blessed to have such a great GM running the show. Chapeau!
The food is good with surprisingly larger portions than one would expect. I had the rib eye steak with mushrooms and fries, while my friend had the Lobster Pasta, which we both thoroughly enjoyed. As it was my fiend's birthday, she received a complimentary desert which was well appreciated Overall, a pleasant meal in a pleasing environment.
Nice ambiance and decor. I had dinner the first evening: salad sauce was acid, the steak was very good.
The waitress, a polite young man, said I would have only an hour before the restaurant closed - which was alright - but he said he would have to kick me out at ten.
The second time I went there, I noticed again the same little rush and not a welcoming service. So, very high-end, good menu, but a few low points on service quality.
Very nice place. A must try in Ottawa!! The staff are very professional, curteous, helpful, and bilingual (French/English). Atmosphere and Decor are amazing. Food is absolutely delicious. Perfect for a date, celebration, or even a professional lunch. Sanitary measures for COVID-19 are adequately followed.
Only comment would be on the prices... it's definitely not a budget-friendly restaurant, but you get what you pay for... Worth every penny!!
Great food and ambience in the centre of Byward Market. Food was pricey but you can taste the quality. Service was exceptional and they brought out a nice crumble for my birthday!
