Tommy in service, Richmond Indiana was a godsend. We re traveling across country and have been having problems with our water system. Without an appointment he took it upon himself to diagnose the problem, explain how to correct it and had us on our way. We are extremely grateful. Tommy was knowledgeable, professional, and extremely helpful. He deserves a raise!!
