These people are soooo rude, and let me explain why. I currently work for a collections agency that does the same work they do and let me tell you our motto is maximum recovery with care. These people are just not someone who id want to speak with and I can say that because I know that when I call consumers I try my absolute best to make them feel like were going to help them in every way and these people just want their money. They don't care about people other then the money and that's not what they should be caring about.
