A bit disappointing. The beds are hard & uncomfortable. The pillows are small, 12"x12", more like decorative pillows than bed pillows. Even in the "deluxe" rooms the bathrooms are Motel 6-like: very small sinks with no counter; very small shower with a curtain too small to cover the entire opening; low end toiletries that only include shampoo & soap. At these prices a little conditioner & lotion would be nice. The shared balcony didn't work out for my parents as the guests they were "sharing" with kept taking my parents two chairs. They are in their 80's & weren't able to drag the chairs back everytime they wanted to sit down. Rude!! Also note, the main restaurant was pretty bad. Try the lounge.
