I recently used a web development company for my project, and overall it was an average experience. While they delivered the project on time, I found their communication to be lacking. There were moments when I felt they didn't fully understand my requirements, which led to some back-and-forth. However, they did manage to complete the project as requested, so it was satisfactory.
