1/8/2020-When registering my vehicle at the service desk my Service advisor challenged me 3 times on using the Wave program that includes oil changes, inspection and tire rotation insisting I would have to pay for the tire rotation before he checked my Wave program records and found that I was correct that tire rotation is included.

After the services he did not give me the print out of the Multipoint Inspection but filed it under the counter. When I asked for a copy for my records he said the printer was broken. I insisted that I could take a picture of the existing printout that he had filed under the counter and he stated it was not filled out and I would have to wait to get it completed and printed out. Later looking at the maintenance guide print out it stated I declined most parts of the multi-point inspection.??? I had declined paying for the tire rotation. Was the 2 year/20000 mile multi-point inspection done? The state inspection, oil change and tire rotation look good. Perhaps this incident was a misunderstanding but was not a very pleasant service experience.

Update 1/17/2020:
I was called by Urse's Service Manager, Tim McLaughlin about my recent service experience and he apologized for the incidents and understood my concerns. Hopefully future dealings with Urse Jeep will be better. I appreciated the call back.
