Horrible service department. I took my vehicle in to get a recall fixed and have a couple things checked out. I expected higher repair prices because it is a dealer, but their quotes were outrageous. When I said I would seek repair elsewhere I told them I would pick up the next day or so.
When I went to pick up, they told me my battery was completely dead and they had to jump it just to move the vehicle. Did I mention they also managed to disconnect or break my remote start? Best Buy Geek Squad is checking that out next week since they installed it. Today, my wife is driving home from work and my van started to overheat, guess what, they never filled the coolant reservoir back up after they checked one of the issues, which was the coolant thermostat.
So, needless to say, I will never be going back to Cueter for service or to purchase a vehicle because they do not acknowledge that anything is their responsibility and literally told me that none of that could have been their fault.
Btw, my wife is wanting a brand new Town and Country. Tell your sales department that they won t be getting the sale.
