We arrived at 1am to find that our room had been given away. We were driven to and stayed 30 minutes away at the Marriott Courtyard suites for evening until a room was made available in the Hyatt for the remainder of our stay. The Marriott was TERRIBLE. Dirty, noisy, and the heat smelled and made a very loud noise all night long. The Hyatt did comp us one nights stay and a room service breakfast, but I'm not sure I'll choose to stay with them again. Overall the hotel itself was fairly nice.
