Not only was I given a letter form them for a bill...

Not only was I given a letter form them for a bill that after checking with the hospital told me I had a zero balance with for over a year. When I did pay them the money it has been over a month an I still have not received the letter of zero balance. They said they couldn't email it but over a month later and I find out that they didn't even bother to mail it. Looked up every law there was on the matter and can not find a single reason they would not be able to email me the letter. I think its just the laziness of their employee's and the sketchy practices their business has.
This company represents everything that is fundamentally wrong with the US, who care about the Reps and Dems these are the ones we need to get rid of.
