Simply put... This hotel is visually stunning the design and concept is perfect. From there you have to keep your fingers crossed that your $200+ or 30,000 points per night stay is ROACH free!

The parking lot at arrival was full of extremely large jet black cockroaches and our room (on the "penthouse" level) had 2 more in it as well. 1 roach looked as if was there from a previous stay (signs that housekeeping doesn't clean all areas of room) and 1 extremely large one I had to kill with a Jackie Chan side kick! No JOKE!

See attached pic for 1 large roach! We didn't want to get too close to it but Hakuna Matata it's HUGE so you won't have to zoom in much at all!

As you can tell we will never be back to that hotel again and advise anyone staying in the area to save your money and points on the looks of this hotel and just stay at one of the other IHG properties.
