We had a fantastic time at the hotel and Niagara Falls. Customer service was great. They give us advice where to go & how far the falls was from the hotel. From the NY side the walk was short and it was cold but walking their warmed us up. Lots of places are walking distance and the casino was 2 blocks away. Great place to stay.
