2 weeks to ask you for documents by email. The day of the 1st person visit ... There are 3 of us waiting, after 20mn I call the agency, I am told that the person is late, 15mn later I am told that in fact the apartment is already rented!
I took half a day for this visit, it's really scandalous to despise people so much!
