Ordered and paid for a shirt, but it turned out not to meet expectations. Then returned and received a message that more data was needed to refund the money. No link in the mail will work and I get the error message that I have to delete my cookies. All cookies, etc., deleted, but can no longer even access their site.

Update; after sending 2 emails, the link suddenly worked and the money was refunded. So not 5 stars, but from 1 to 3.
