They literally charge for high speed internet and provide you with worse than dial-up speeds. Customer service provides literally no service, rendering the name fairly ironic.
PS Oh I'm very certain. Ive contacted them countless times and received little to no help at all. The most positive feedback I've received is here and that's only because it's public.
