Dispoint on W hotel experience in Taipei , which I will say its the worst my family ever experienced. Staff not care on detailing request. W hotel not kids friendly hotel at all. Room furniture got sharp edges everywhere; staff not really care/ignore on my request; 19:25 14/1/2019, no one even on reception to pick up the phone. What a low end baby cot. This is my last time with W, rate W Taipei on 30 and Mandarin Oriental Taipei on 98. W got big gap to catch up.
