I am very happy with my purchasing experience and have high hopes for a great relationship with this dealer. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle that was located near Seattle at another AutoNation Dealership. While I don't have many positive things to say about the collaboration between AutoNation's owned dealerships, the team at BMW of MV did everything in their power to make sure the vehicle (that I had to have) was secured and delivered for me to purchase. G Pathak provided excellent service and communication throughout the process. He took my many texts/calls to assure me that the vehicle would be mine. And he found every opportunity to expedite the transaction to make up for delays that were out of his control. He was also very transparent about an issue found with the car when inspected by the master mechanic, and made sure it was corrected. Thanks G!
