I've had a very good experience at Austin Infiniti. I purchased a car from Patricia who was incredibly friendly and helpful. Sean, her manager, is a bit of a dick and tough to negotiate with but a pleasant and helpful fellow overall. I've brought my Infiniti back for service and I have always been helped promptly and treated with respect. Overall my experience with this dealership exceeded my expectations which is surprising because they have little to no competition in the greater Austin area.
