Very informed and friendly, with prices about the same as everyone else, and they know the products they sell. They restored a netbook OS for me last week, when they tested it they noticed it was slower than snail snot (it was indeed a slow old dog), they tried upgrading RAM and it helped considerably, and called and asked me to come check it out and see if I wanted to keep it in. That was only a $10 upcharge for the new RAM and of course no charge for the experiment. My previous experience with them was buying a wifi router, and again it was "we really like this one and recommend you try it" and indeed it's been a long-range hotrod for a few years now.
My impression of these folks is that they look at your IT problems from the perspective of YOU and what you need, rather than what gets them the most profit.

Far better help and advice than the Big Box stores, and really at about the same price. I'll never set foot in Best Buy again, they are all about sales commissions, pushy salespeople who can't count to 5 on 2 hands, and worthless extended warranties. Big corporate.

Buy local instead.
