We needed a new furnace and A/C for our 100+ yr old house. We did our diligence, got estimates from a few local companies, and Shavitz earned our business every step of the way. Will came out, did a careful evaluation of our needs, and took ample time to walk us through the estimate. He did an outstanding job making sure we understood all of the options - and followed up promptly when we had more questions. Installation was scheduled quickly, and the team was terrific - arrived on time, took care to protect our floors as they brought equipment in and out, and left the house in perfect order.
