Went there to ask for a specific product, they sold it to me. Got home and opened the package, realized she sold me the wrong product. Called back the same girl who sold it to me and wouldn't refund because it was opened, even though she admitted she gave me the wrong product. No apology about the mistake. I manage in the retail industry and was very disapointed. Prices are high, I figured you pay for the level of service they provide like refunds/exchange policies. Nope, just a crappy experience.
