They did not manage my request, better because they were selling me a ticket with a vzlana airline much more expensive than what I got with an arilines cup today

Totally disappointed in this travel agency. I bought them a ticket for my elderly mother to go and return Caracas-Miami with Laser. And due to the issue of the pandemic that closed the flights, it could not be carried out. Once the flights opened again I contacted them to reschedule the date and they were charging me $ 327 just for rescheduling the date with Laser (more than half of what I paid for the ticket initially) I told them it was crazy, I told them that Laser was only charging $ 50 for reprogramming and the girl from this agency told me that Laser no longer had availability with that rate and that is why I had to pay the $ 327. I'm not in Venezuela, so I had to send my 70-year-old mother directly to Laser de las Mercedes, she was in line for 5 hours and finally they rescheduled the date for $ 50 dollars. While this agency was charging me $ 327 to do it.
And it was not the hackers as they say, everything was directly with the girl who attended me at the beginning, I have everything on WhatsApp.
More I would never buy from them nor would I recommend them.
