I had a scheduled oil change for Saturday morning....

I had a scheduled oil change for Saturday morning. I showed up a couple minutes early and my car was taken back. An hour later Iater my car had still not been returned but I saw it sitting with no one working on it. I asked the desk who checked and said it was done they just had to do the paperwork....30 minutes later I finally got my keys. Over an hour and a half is insane for a simple, scheduled oil change and shows a lack of communication and management in the service department.
