Buying a condo managed by Heritage Property Manage...

Buying a condo managed by Heritage Property Management has been the worst experience EVER! I finally figured out EVERY employee at that office is there by luck, not experience and absolutely HATE their job. I have work orders for the SAME issue for the past 4 years and nothing gets done. DORIS LAWRENCE is the biggest piece of waste to exist in an office. She tells you it s not her fault she is sick and giving diarreah (her excuse for not following up) we are in January and her voicemail still says she is out of the office as of December! Not to mention I drive by and she was outside sucking cigerttes like that is her real job. Best one was when she emailed me to talk to my neighbor about his issue. Instead of driving her miserable self over and speaking with him. At this point my attorney will be involved but if I can save 1 soul for choosing a place to live managed by these people I did my job. Can t say the same for Doris! RUN FROM HERITAGE!!!
